Gybe Games is a young, fast-growing and passionate gaming company with its extremely talented people. Our mission is to combine knowledge, creativity and fun in a collaborative environment. Our team builds mobile games, from innovative and fun hyper-casuals to groundbreaking casual games.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Come up with innovative and exciting hyper casual game ideas, leveraging Gybe’s accumulated knowledge and data.
• Manage the development cycle of games from ideation phase to release.
• Continuously optimize and come up with proposals to improve Gybe Games’ processes and workflows.

Who You Are

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong interest in games and user experience.
• Expertise in strategy and execution.
• No need to have prior experience. To be successful at this position, strong analytical background with ability to make data driven decisions and intrinsic motivation to create top charting games is required.

Nice to Haves

• Relative knowledge of the gaming industry.
