Job Description

The Program Integrator 2 will be responsible for program management, contract management, and/or financial management within the Department of Defense (DoD). The role requires a strong understanding of engineering services and full lifecycle System Engineering. The candidate should possess excellent interpersonal, writing, and oral communication skills to effectively communicate at all levels. The role requires tact, discretion, and diplomacy to foster team synergy. Experience with MS Excel and Lean Six Sigma program is a bonus. The role will involve working within the Greater Washington D.C. area with nationally-recognized expertise in high-performance computing, large data analytics, and cutting-edge information technologies.
Good To Have:
  • Proficiency with MS Excel including pivot tables, slicers, and charts.
  • Training in the Lean Six Sigma Program.
Must Have:
  • Eight years of experience in DoD program, contract, or financial management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a business or technical focus is required.
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.

Eight (8) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management, and a Bachelor’s Degree with a business focus or technical focus is required.

In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level II in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eleven (11) years may be substituted.

In lieu of certification, an additional two (2) years of directly related experience for a total of thirteen (13) years may be substituted.

Possess well-developed interpersonal, writing, and oral skills to effectively communicate at all levels; consistently exercise tact, discretion, diplomacy, and elicit team synergy is preferred.

Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is preferred to include demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.

Trained in the Lean Six Sigma Program is a bonus.
