Job Description

As a Program Security Manager within Corporate & Defense Security, you will develop and oversee organizational security programs, ensuring NISP compliance for Department of Defense programs. This involves creating security policies, conducting risk assessments, protecting industrial facilities, classified information, and government-contracted work. You will also interface with government agencies and customers on security matters, and coordinate with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) during audits.
Must have:
  • Review and implement federal security regulations that apply to company operations.
  • Develop, implement and revise security forms, processes and procedures.
  • Serve as the security lead and subject matter expert for company initiatives including CMMC certification and contract proposals.
  • Obtain rulings, approvals, interpretations and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies.
  • Prepare and conduct security education classes and security audits.
  • Interface directly with commercial and/or government customers on security related issues.
  • Ensure that classified information entrusted to the company is properly safeguarded as outlined in the NISP.
  • Coordinate and interface with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) leading up to and during audits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Associates degree and 7+ years of experience, OR Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years, OR Master’s degree with 3+ years, OR JD/PhD, or 9+ years experience in lieu of degree.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.

  • Full understanding of the DoD classification system (Unclassified, Controlled Unclassified Information, Confidential, Secret and Top Secret).
  • Possess strong leadership and presence.

As the Program Security Manager within the Corporate & Defense Security team, you will develop and oversee organizational security programs, integrating them into business operations to protect assets and information from threats. This role encompasses creating security policies, conducting risk assessments, protecting industrial facilities, classified information and government-contracted work by adhering to federal regulations and safeguarding sensitive materials, personnel and physical facilities.  This position is a multi-faceted role and requires in-depth knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program (NISP).

What you will be doing:

Basic Requirements:

  • Associates degree and 7+ years of experience, OR;

  • Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience, OR;
