We’re looking to hire a Project Coordinator in a hybrid role based in North Chicago, Illinois. This is a 12-month+ opportunity with a pharmaceuticals company that combines advanced science with expertise to make strides in drug and treatment discovery, making a remarkable impact on people's lives.

In this role, you’ll join the Onboarding/Off-boarding Validation Team to provide support for third-party onboarding validation and off-boarding coordination. This position is critical to ensuring accuracy in onboarding and off-boarding processes while maintaining compliance.

Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Review and verify onboarding requests to ensure alignment with policy and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation for audit purposes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for off-boarding coordination, tracking off-boarding processes to completion until automation is implemented.
• Support process improvements, providing input to requirements for future technology and AI solutions.

Project Coordinator Qualifications:

• Prior experience with high-volume third-party onboarding/off-boarding, compliance, or validation processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and handle large sets of data.
• Strong communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with compliance standards and audit processes.
