Job Description

As a Project Management Intern at NXP Semiconductors, you will support strategic initiatives within the Automotive Processors Software Development team. This role involves assisting in project planning, execution, and resource coordination, as well as monitoring progress and preparing reports using Microsoft 365 tools. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and contribute to process improvement. The team is collaborative and agile, focusing on impactful projects, working closely with project managers, software architects, and product owners to achieve strategic goals.

Your Responsibilities

As a Project Management Intern, you will support the planning, execution, and reporting of strategic initiatives within the Automotive Processors Software Development team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in project planning, execution, and resource coordination (personnel, budget, materials).
  • Monitoring project progress and preparing reports using Microsoft 365 tools (Copilot, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage).
  • Supporting process improvement and innovation initiatives.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment with objectives.
  • Communicating effectively across teams and contributing to customer service excellence.

Your Team

You’ll join a collaborative and agile team focused on driving impactful Automotive Processors Software Development projects. You’ll work closely with project managers, software architects, and product owners to support the strategic goals.

Your Profile

We’re looking for a proactive and curious student who:

  • Is passionate about project management and continuous improvement.
  • Has strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and report data.
  • Demonstrates good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Is comfortable working with digital tools and platforms (Copilot, Office 365, Power Platform).
  • Shows adaptability, resilience, and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Is fluent in English (written and spoken).

Contract: 1 year contract, with the possibility of part time working
