Your daily life

The Gennevilliers Campus is the heart of design, development, and support activities for major defense systems: radiocommunications, resilient infrastructure networks and systems, satellite communications, collaborative combat, and cybersecurity. Located north of Paris, it is easily accessible by public transport.

The SSN Sector (Ground/Air and Naval Solutions) carries out its activities of design, development, qualification, delivery, installation & commissioning of naval communication systems, ground/air segments with cyber-secured components, and Tactical Data Links (TDL), essentially within the framework of complex projects/systems applied to the world of Defense.

The department operates in many countries where communication systems are delivered: France, United Kingdom, Serbia, Greece, South America, North Africa (Morocco, Egypt), Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Emirates, Indonesia, India, etc.

The amount of each contract amounts to several million euros.

In this context, you are attached to the operational management and more precisely to the PMO team for Ground-to-Air (or Ground-to-Air Network) & Naval Communications.

Your missions are as follows:

• You manage project costs (budget consolidation, variance analysis, regular updating of remaining work, baseline creation) in conjunction with the various work package managers and Program Managers.
• You structure and ensure project planning in the Primavera tool (establishment of WBS, OBS, schedules).
• You prepare reporting for project management reviews and client reviews.
• You prepare the documents for invoicing and ensure their follow-up with your financial contact.
• You ensure the management of the budget, workload, configuration, tracking and correction of software technical incidents, version deliveries (MCO and MCS) and the reporting of indicators to Engineering Delivery Managers and Program Managers.
• You make purchase requests and ensure the reception of invoices.
• You monitor the competitiveness plan for Naval and GAN under the responsibility of the Product Programme Managers.

With higher education (bac +4/5, or equivalent), you have a first experience in project management (internship or apprenticeship) and wish to develop your skills in the field of switching systems and tactical data links in Ground-to-Air & Naval environments.

You also have knowledge of MS Project (or equivalent) project management, PMBI (workload management tool), and a technical incident management tool (JIRA).

You have demonstrated your abilities and potential in project management during a first experience (internship or apprenticeship).

You have a good level of written and spoken English.
