The Supply Chain Transformation department manages projects to transform future solutions. In this role, the Senior Project Manager will lead transformation projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams including data scientists, supply chain professionals, business analysts, finance partners, and engineers.

Demonstrated success in delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time and within budget
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making abilities with a data driven approach
Ability to identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency, cost, and customer satisfaction
Develop and manage project schedules including the formalization of a realistic timeline, complete with milestones, targets and identification of responsible parties
Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, roles and responsibilities and timing for programs
Create and implement a change management plan for the organization
Manage and escalate as needed, risks and issues throughout the project
Manage multiple projects at any given time
Facilitate team meetings weekly and quarterly
Produce accurate and timely reporting of project status throughout its life cycle
Present project status as required to different organization levels
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or Supply Chain
5+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Transformation, Program Management, or Supply Chain required.

Target Base Salary Range: $101,300-$202,600
