Job Description
The Purpose: Project Manager role is to oversee and drive the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. This involves planning, coordinating, and managing resources to achieve project goals within the defined scope, time, and budget constraints. The Project Manager ensures alignment with strategic objectives, stakeholder satisfaction, and quality standards, contributing significantly to the organization's growth and efficiency.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
1. Project Planning and Control
- Creation, updating, and monitoring of project structure, schedule, and milestone plans
- Monitoring project progress, schedule controlling, and preparing status reports
- Joint planning and monitoring of project tasks with the responsible persons for work packages
2. Risk Management
- Creation and maintenance of a risk register
- Leading risk workshops as well as defining and tracking measures
3. Resource Management
- Coordination of resource allocations with line managers and project participants
- Identification of bottlenecks and preparation of escalations
4. Decision and Governance Processes
- Preparation and follow-up of decisions, including decision templates and protocols
- Maintenance of the project governance structure, including organizing committees (e.g., core team, SteerCo, S/4 Evolution Design Authority)
5. Communication and Stakeholder Management
- Control and support of internal project communication
- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders and preparation of escalations
6. Quality and Outcome Management (primarily in Jira and Wiki)
- Ensuring clearly defined, documented, and completed work packages
- Supporting the review and acceptance of project results
7. Methodical Support
- Application of project management standards (e.g., PMI, IPMA, Prince2)
- Advising and supporting project participants in project management processes
8. Collaboration with the PMO
- Close cooperation with the administrative PMO in calendar management, document management, and protocols
- Passing on operational and methodological requirements for implementation by the PMO
Qualifications
YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:
- Several years of experience in project management, preferably in large or complex projects
- Deep knowledge of project management methods and tools
- Strong communication skills for interaction with the project team, stakeholders, and management
- Analytical, structured thinking combined with a pragmatic approach to work
- Experience in effective resource and conflict management
- Confident handling of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or comparable)
Speak Languages:
- English and German – Upper intermediate (B2)

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1330€ /brutto.
