Project Manager II (Non-IT)

Project Manager II (Non-IT) Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of medium to high complexity brand CRM engagements.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and conduct weekly status meetings to ensure timely and flawless execution.
• Lead multiple digital projects across various internal and external teams, ensuring alignment and quality.
• Manage project timelines, adapting to changing needs and requirements.
• Create detailed work plans, assign tasks, and monitor project milestones and deliverables.
• Provide regular updates and status reports to the project team.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and agencies to maintain high-quality standards.
• Ensure accurate and timely data integration into marketing applications.
• Proactively manage workload, seeking optimization opportunities to enhance brand campaigns.
• Document change requests and communicate implications to the team.
• Identify and address issues with cross-functional and agency partners, recommending corrective actions.

Project Manager II (Non-IT) Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in Database Marketing, CRM, Email, Digital, Direct Mail, or 1:1 marketing.
• At least 3 years of hands-on project management experience.
• Experience in digital marketing or interactive agencies is advantageous.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in Smartsheet and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
