Project Officer

What You'll Do:

• Support the execution of projects across Product and Technology teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Assist Director of Project Management in establishing and maintaining project governance, documentation, and reporting
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and help implement enhanced workflows to optimize project delivery.
• Manage and track requirements throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication of scope and expectations.
• Schedule and coordinate workshops, training sessions, meetings, and cross-team discussions.
• Prepare clear and concise documentation, including business and operational requirements, process flow diagrams, training guides, impact analyses, and system design summaries.
• Contribute to risk assessment, change management, and prioritization activities.
• Act as a key liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Jira or other project management tools is a plus.
• Willingness to work across different time zones as needed.
• Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
