Job Description

VALEO PEM offers a new internship opportunity in the Methods area. The trainee will be responsible for data collection during various production stages, quality documentation, measurement requests, and tracking non-conforming parts. Key activities include managing HVCH master parts, verifying repacking and cleaning processes, and interpreting data. The role also involves scrap management, conducting Pokayokes and R&R studies, and statistical process control. The trainee will contribute to process release, data analysis for continuous improvement, creating work instructions, and training operators.

Must Have:

Data collection during test runs, debug, pre-series, FDPR
Quality documentation and inspection instructions
Measurement requests, lab follow-up, and data interpretation
Tracking NOK inspected parts during trials
HVCH master parts management
Verification of HVCH repacking process
HVCH cleaning process and data interpretation
Scrap management and follow-up
HVCH line Pokayokes and R&R studies
Statistical processing and control (DOE, CmK, CpK)
Process release, trend analysis, and NOK parts management
HVCH equipment spare parts management
Process documentation
Data analysis and continuous process improvement
HVCH line work instructions
Operator training, documentation, and records
Basic English proficiency
Availability
Teamwork skills
Eagerness to learn
