Job Description

As an eICU (remote intensive care solution) Clinical Consultant, you will be responsible for interviewing hospitals about their clinical challenges, designing solutions, and supporting customers' eICU operations. eICU, introduced to the Japanese market in September 2020, is a solution that aims to improve the quality of medical care by providing remote support to intensive care units from a support center, promoting operational improvements, sharing risks, reducing infection risks, ensuring safety, and contributing to acceptance systems. Delivery will be carried out in collaboration with Project Manager, Solution IT Architect, Technical Consultant, and external vendors.

  • 3+ years of nursing experience in a critical care department
  • Interest in the remote ICU business
  • Beginner to intermediate English level (for referencing English documents and simple communication with overseas contacts)
Must Have:
  • 5+ years of nursing experience
  • Ability to travel nationwide within Japan
  • Native-level Japanese (or extremely fluent in reading and writing Japanese)

【Required Experience/Skills / Desired Candidate Profile】

Must have one of the following experiences:

  • 5+ years of nursing experience
  • Flexible to travel nationwide within Japan

  • Possesses flexibility and drive
  • 3+ years of nursing experience in a critical care department
  • Especially interested in the remote ICU business

【Language】

  • English: Beginner to intermediate level (may involve referencing English documents and simple communication with overseas contacts)
  • Japanese: Native level (or extremely fluent in reading and writing Japanese)

Application Requirements:

  • Probationary Period: Yes (generally 6 months from date of hire)

  • Working Hours: 9:00-17:30 Break time: Generally 12:00-13:00
  • Work Style: Flex-time system
  • Holidays: Every Saturday (scheduled holiday), Sunday (legal holiday), national holidays, New Year holidays (December 29 - January 4)

  • Vacation: First year paid leave: up to 20 days (20 days from 2nd to 5th year / 25 days from 6th year onwards), CareLeave (10 days per year), Sick Leave (up to 30 days per year), etc.
  • Overtime Work: Yes
  • Salary: Base salary: Annual income 4.5 to 8 million yen (will be considered based on experience)
  • Includes 30 hours of fixed overtime allowance
  • Fixed overtime allowance will be paid even if there is no overtime, and any excess will be paid separately.
  • Bonus: Incentive 15%
  • Incentive paid annually in March. (Subject to change based on company performance, department performance, and individual evaluation)
  • For those joining mid-year, pro-rata calculation applies for the eligible period.
