Job Description

As a Performance Consultant, you are the connecting link between our digital specialists and clients. Within a client team, you are responsible for the strategic and operational planning and optimization of digital media campaigns. You analyze data, spot opportunities, and translate insights into concrete improvements that directly contribute to the client's results. You investigate the exact question behind the briefing and the associated media strategy with the team. From your tactical frameworks, you direct specialists to arrive at an integrated digital advice – advice that leads to effective, qualitative campaigns that seamlessly align with the client's objectives. You are also a substantive sparring partner for experts in SEA, Programmatic, Social, and Retail Media, challenging them on content, effectiveness, and innovation. You monitor the quality of reports and ensure they not only provide insight but also set direction. You are curious, critical, and always looking for a win-win for both client and team.
Must Have:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within an agency.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strategic insight and operational decisiveness.
  • Curious, entrepreneurial, and always looking for improvement.
  • Strong communication skills and client-oriented.
  • Proactive attitude and the ability to improve processes.

Together with the team, you investigate the exact question behind the briefing and the associated media strategy. From your tactical frameworks, you direct specialists to arrive at an integrated digital advice - advice that leads to effective, qualitative campaigns that seamlessly align with the client's objectives.

In addition, you are a substantive sparring partner for experts in SEA, Programmatic, Social, and Retail Media, and you know how to challenge them on content, effectiveness, and innovation. You monitor the quality of reports and ensure that they not only provide insight but also determine direction. You are curious, critical, and always looking for a win-win for both client and team.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within an agency.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as GA4, SA360, DV360, Meta Ads Manager, Smartly, and Channable is a plus.
  • Strategic insight and operational decisiveness.
  • Curious, entrepreneurial, and always looking for improvement.
  • Strong communication skills and client-oriented.
  • Proactive attitude and the ability to improve processes.
