Job Description
Zipdev is looking for a detail-oriented Property Accountant to assist a U.S.-based real estate investment firm. This full-time remote role requires strong accounting skills, experience with Yardi, and a solid grasp of financial reporting in the real estate industry. The Property Accountant will collaborate closely with the Controller to ensure precise property-level accounting and support the wider finance team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting in the month-end and year-end closing processes.

- Understanding of financial reporting in real estate
