Job Description

The Proto Process Technician will provide support and training during MQ1 to MQ2 production periods, implement corrective actions for line withdrawals, warranty, and plant returns. Responsibilities include managing preventive maintenance programs, optimizing machine uptime, and installing equipment for capacity increases. The role also involves planning and executing LSRs, closing findings, updating lessons learned databases, leading production meetings, and reviewing production KPIs like OEE and FTQ.
Must have:
  • Support and training during MQ1 to MQ2 production periods.
  • Implement corrective actions for line withdrawals, warranty, and plant returns.
  • Manage preventive maintenance program and optimize process machine uptime.
  • Manage and install equipment, lines, and tools for capacity increase.
  • Plan and execute LSRs, close findings, and update global lessons learned database.
  • Lead production meetings (DPM, operations review, MRVA, quality review, escalations).
  • Review and document SPQVC production KPIs (e.g., equipment OEE, FTQ).
Good to have:
  • Automotive experience preferred.
  • Technical English desirable.
  • Updated visa and passport (preferred).

Job Details

PROCESS TECHNICIAN (PROTOLAB) - SHIFT 65

  • Support and training during MQ1 to MQ2 production periods.
  • Implement corrective actions for line withdrawals, warranty, and plant returns.
  • Management of the preventive maintenance (PM) master program and optimization of process machine uptime.
  • Manage and install equipment, lines, and tools for capacity increase needs.
  • Plan and carry out LSR, close findings, and update the lessons learned database with LME globally.
  • Lead production meetings (DPM, operations review, MRVA, quality review, escalations, etc.).
  • Review and document SPQVC production KPIs (such as equipment OEE, FTQ, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Electronics, mechatronics, or electromechanical engineer.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Automotive experience preferred.
  • Use of measurement tools.
  • Technical English desirable.
  • SolidWorks handling and use.
  • 3D Print system handling and use.
  • Updated visa and passport (preferred).
  • Schedule availability.
