We are hiring a QA Engineer with solid experience in test automation, API testing, and CI/CD integration for SaaS applications. This role demands both technical depth and the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering teams. Responsibilities include owning and executing manual and automation testing, designing API test suites, building automation frameworks, contributing to CI/CD pipelines, conducting performance testing, and mentoring junior team members.

Must have:

Own and execute manual and automation testing across multiple modules.
Design and maintain API test suites using Postman.
Integrate API test suites into pipelines.
Build and maintain test automation frameworks for web and backend services.
Contribute to setting up and enhancing CI/CD pipelines for test automation.
Conduct performance and load testing for critical workflows.
Actively participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, and quality reviews.
Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
Communicate test results and risks proactively to stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
4+ years of QA experience in manual + automation testing for SaaS/web-based applications.
Hands-on experience with Postman, API testing, GitHub, CI/CD tools.
Strong skills in at least one automation tool/framework (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress).
Experience in performance testing (JMeter).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and drive initiatives.
