QA Tester Internship
Job Summary
Job Description
Midgar Studio is looking for a QA Tester intern to join the development of Edge of Memories. The intern will be responsible for identifying bugs, writing clear reports for developers, maintaining the bugtracker (Jira), identifying regressions, and ensuring the game meets platform specifications. This is a 3 to 6-month internship based in Montpellier, France, starting as soon as possible.
Must have:
- Identify problems and bugs affecting the game
- Write clear reports for developers
- Maintain and update the bugtracker (Jira)
- Identify regressions in the game
- Verify that the game meets the specifications of different platforms/consoles
- Interact with playtesters and players to identify and test bugs
- Good writing skills
- Good analytical skills to detect and reproduce technical problems
- Experience using and maintaining bug trackers
- Good level in English
- Ability to work in a team
Good to have:
- Knowledge of Unreal Engine would be a plus
