R&D Engineer

Summary / Role Purpose
The selected candidate will work on the Fluids One project: our next-gen, Web-based, user interface for end-to-end simulation workflows including single analysis, coupled analyses, parametric studies, design loop (change propagation) etc.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance user interface (UI) using industry best practices in front-end development and UX design.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and product stakeholders, to drive feature development and deliver high-quality user
experiences.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve defects in production environments to ensure optimal application performance and reliability.
Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to validate functionality and maintain code quality across the UI codebase.
Continuously analyze user behavior and feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall software usability.

Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience
Bachelor's degree in any Engineering discipline.
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Good written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Exposure to modern Web technologies like JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, CSS
Familiarity with modern Web UI frameworks like ReactJS, build tools like Vite/Webpack, IDEs like VS Code
