Your Role:

Second Dinner is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator. This role will support the Second Dinner Recruiting team with the objective of efficiently and successfully coordinating candidate interviews and managing a great candidate experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Schedule candidate phone/video interviews with speed and efficiency while delivering a world-class candidate experience
  • Ensure candidate communications are clear, concise, and in collaboration with the recruiter, regarding process and updates on scheduling
  • Maintain our applicant tracking system ensuring information is up-to-date
  • Communicate professionally and promptly maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with candidates and hiring teams
  • Work closely with colleagues on cross-functional teams to represent candidate experience needs to implement any new initiatives and programs to promote high recruiting performance
  • Partner with interviewers to manage calendar availability as needed and forward planning such as future holidays, business travel, external events etc.
  • Implement relevant coordination structures and processes to evolve and improve candidate experience, schedules/reschedules, and Interviewer training/engagement
  • Seamless handover of responsibilities during PTO, ensuring processes are documented, notes are in the system, communication and planning of workload coverage
  • Produce ad hoc recruiting reports
  • Support interviewer training as needed

What You’ll Need:

  • 1-2 years experience scheduling and supporting full recruitment cycles in a remote-first setting specifically in the Tech or Games industry
  • Hands-on experience prioritizing multiple activities and tasks while simultaneously managing your day-to-day tasks
  • Experience working autonomously and in a team environment
  • Demonstrated competency in partnering across multiple disciplines including recruiting partners, business leaders, interviewers, and People Ops
  • Strong working knowledge in GSuite, Word, Excel

Nice to Have, But Not Necessary:

  • Ashby (ATS) experience
  • Passion for the gaming community and or games in general

Administrative Employees Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) states that all administrative workers are paid hourly. This position pays a range of $28.85-$38.47 per hour USD + equity + comprehensive benefits + potential for discretionary performance bonuses.

Individual pay within this salary range may span multiple levels within the discipline and is determined by assessed job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training. It also factors in market demands and business needs. The disclosed range is not adjusted based on location and may be subject to change or modification based on business needs in the future. Your recruiter can answer any questions about new hire total compensation during the hiring process.
