Job Description

This role is for a Recruitment HR specializing in overseas recruitment for the 2026 autumn campus recruitment. Responsibilities include developing overseas social recruitment plans, identifying and sourcing target candidates in North America, Europe, Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia, expanding and maintaining overseas recruitment channels, and managing the full recruitment cycle from screening to offer. The role also involves analyzing recruitment data to optimize processes.
Must have:
  • Responsible for overseas talent recruitment.
  • Develop overseas social recruitment plans.
  • Identify and source target candidates in North America, Europe, Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia.
  • Expand and maintain overseas social recruitment channels.
  • Complete resume screening, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and follow-up.
  • Assess candidate-job fit.
  • Regularly analyze recruitment data and optimize processes.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, or proficiency in Japanese/Korean.
  • Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
Good to have:
  • Majors in Human Resource Management, Foreign Languages, or related fields.

1. Responsible for overseas talent recruitment, formulating overseas social recruitment plans based on business needs, accurately identifying and sourcing target candidates, covering regions including North America, Europe, Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia;

2. Deeply expand and maintain overseas social recruitment channels to ensure talent supply;

3. Independently complete resume screening, candidate communication, interview scheduling and follow-up, evaluate the match between candidates and positions, and deliver suitable talent to business departments;

4. Regularly collect and analyze recruitment data, optimize recruitment processes, and improve recruitment efficiency.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Foreign Languages, or related majors;

2. Possess excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, or proficiency in other minor languages (Japanese, Korean);

3. Have good communication and expression skills, a sense of responsibility, and teamwork spirit.
