1. Responsible for overseas talent recruitment, formulating overseas social recruitment plans based on business needs, accurately locating target candidates and conducting search work, covering regions including North America, Europe, Japan, South Korea and Southeast Asia;
2. Deeply expand and maintain overseas social recruitment channels to ensure talent supply;
3. Independently complete resume screening, candidate communication, interview invitations and follow-up work, evaluate candidate-position matching, and deliver suitable talent to business departments;
4. Regularly compile and analyze recruitment data, optimize recruitment processes, and improve recruitment efficiency.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management, foreign languages and other related majors;
2. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, or proficiency in other minor languages (Japanese, Korean);
3. Good communication skills, sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
