1. Familiar with the personnel situation of the business team, capable of diagnosing and analyzing team or individual problems in the medium to long term, integrating demands and information to provide feasible suggestions to HR backend;
2. Collaborate with team leaders for team management and construction, forming efficient interaction with team members, expanding communication channels, creating a positive and open HR communication platform, promoting good communication and efficient cooperation between HR and various departments, ensuring timely communication and transmission of company information and culture;
3. Manage and optimize HR-related work for supported departments, including organizational structure, staffing and allocation, personnel development and capability building, employee relations, and culture building;
4. Participate in HR special projects, actively cooperate and promote the efficient implementation of HR policies and plans at the business end;
5. Daily HR work for business teams, including data analysis and feedback, onboarding and offboarding management, etc.
1. Internship experience in large IT/gaming/internet companies is preferred;
2. Understand the basic work of various HR modules, familiar with national human resource policies, laws, and regulations;
3. Possess high interpersonal sensitivity and good cultural integration ability, self-driven, strong thinking ability, approachable, diligent and responsible, able to adapt to the fast-paced work rhythm of the company;
4. Passionate about the HR industry, responsible, highly committed to the business;
5. Good at communication, possess good teamwork ability, strong promotion and execution skills.
