We are seeking a well-rounded Recruitment Specialist to join our APAC Recruitment Team. The focus of the role is on full life-cycle recruiting for business units in the Philippines and possible exposure to the bigger APAC region.
This is an opportunity to be in a high-visibility role and develop your skills in all areas of talent acquisition, from kick-off to job offer, as a part of our collaborative and dynamic team. Our Recruiters thrive in a forward-thinking, fast-paced environment. We roll up our sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done.
You will have the opportunity to draw on your knowledge of talent acquisition and functional areas of the business; and forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners.
This role currently operates on a hybrid work schedule. Onsite presence may be required for training or onboarding, and the arrangement is subject to change as needed.
