Job Description

The Regional Trade Market Manager will be responsible for developing and executing channel marketing strategies within the assigned region to achieve sales targets. This involves analyzing regional business, developing localized plans, allocating resources, managing budgets, and monitoring execution. Responsibilities include collaborating with category marketing teams, understanding headquarters strategies, and working with regional managers to align plans. The role also includes designing and implementing regional activities, managing sales forecasts, and providing insights into regional business performance. Additionally, the role requires gathering and summarizing the monthly sales forecasts from the TSMs (Territory Sales Managers) and auditing and reviewing the sales forecasts for the region. The manager will also provide insights into regional business performance.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in FMCG sales or channel marketing
  • Knowledge of Chinese market, marketing, and regulations
  • Proficient in computer and office software
Good to have:
  • Experience in sales

Role Purpose 职位目标:

承接总部渠道营销策略,制定区域内渠道营销计划并追踪计划执行情况,找出生意机会点,解决问题以促进销售目标的实现。

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责:

1.         区域生意分析及规划

•          充分与品类营销团队沟通,清楚理解总部策略及计划

•          深度与大区经理互动了解区域情况及需求

•          将总部计划汇总并在地化为区域计划

•          定期回顾生意结构分析,寻找生意机会和解决问题

2.         资源整合分配及预算管理

•          负责区域内活动资源分配

•          确保活动在预算内执行,包括但不限于渠道费用及营销费用

•          极大化活动投资ROI

3.         渠道策略布达,实地执行及反馈

•          沟通布置渠道策略和活动计划给地区/城市各级销售经理

•          跟踪门店执行情况(如主货架陈列,二级陈列,产品分销,门店拓展等项目)

•          反馈区域执行情况给总部,提供区域生意洞察

4.         销量预测

•          收集/汇总TSM每月的销售预测, 审核回顾区域的销售预测

•          确保销量预测执行

5.         区域内活动的设计/计划/实施

•          根据客户/购物者需求和市场变化, 制定区域化或客户化活动

Qualifications/Requirements: 申请资格 / 职位要求:

  • 文化程度Education (学历/专业Diploma, Degree and Major):

-大学本科或以上学历,市场营销、工商管理相关专业

  • 任职经验Working Experience:

- 5年以上快速消费品行业实际的销售或渠道营销工作经验

- 具有一定的销售经验为佳

  • 专业知识/技能Professional Knowledge/Skill :

-中国市场运作、营销及法规知识

- 较好的了解FMCG客户部分的运作

   -了解销售管理、区域管理、供应链管理及陈列理货知识

  • 计算机及外语水平Computer & Language Skill:

-熟练应用电脑和常用办公软件

  • 能力要求Competency:

- 组织、规划和沟通协调能力

- 严谨的逻辑思维和分析判断能力

- 解决问题和处理复杂情况的应变能力

- 客户关系管理能力

- 专业销售技巧以及现代通路谈判技巧

- 专业简报技巧

- 信息管理能力
