Job Description

As part of new projects in the industrial vehicle sector (Buses), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and validating the functional safety of critical systems for various projects within our study team.

• You will carry out system fault trees in conjunction with electronic, SW, and system architects, from customer requirements to the functions allocated to each discipline (HW, control, SW, etc.), as well as predictive reliability studies.
• You will perform Safety analyses to meet requirements: software FMEA or "FMEA".
• You will participate in system FMEAs to highlight simple safety failures and feed the trees accordingly.
• You will perform FMEDA (Failure mode effect and diagnostic analysis) based on electronic schematics to quantify the coverage rates of simple and latent failures.

Qualifications

Holding an Engineering degree in embedded systems, electronics, or automotive (ISAT, ESTACA, UTBM.....), you have significant initial experience of at least 2 years in functional safety, which has allowed you to understand fault analysis tools (FRACAS, FMEA, RCA).

You master the ISO26262 standard and have an electronic background.

You are fluent in English.
