Job Description
This Researcher/Analyst position focuses on the mobile gaming and e-commerce industries. Responsibilities include in-depth research on social media and game activities related to Web Shop promotion for mobile games and Xsolla's partners; analyzing how game companies use communication channels to promote their Web Shops; tracking payment spikes and identifying patterns in developer advertising and promotional activities; producing insightful reports; and contributing to the internal knowledge base. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in social media analytics and game research, strong analytical skills, familiarity with mobile games and e-commerce, and excellent communication skills. The role requires independent work and effective team collaboration.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct in-depth research on activities within social media and games related to the promotion of Web Shops for mobile games and Xsolla's partners.
- Analyze how game companies leverage their communication channels to promote their Web Shops.
- Track payment spikes and identify patterns in the advertising and promotional activities conducted by game developers.
- Produce insightful reports based on research findings.
- Contribute to the internal knowledge base by writing articles and sharing research insights.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in social media analytics and game research.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Familiarity with mobile games and e-commerce.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
