Retail Sales Manager

Role Overview 

As a Retail Sales Manager at Flight Club, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store performance, including sales, operations, and team management. Your strategic vision and leadership will drive exceptional customer experiences and achieve business objectives. 

In this role, you will: 

• Direct and monitor all store sales activities to meet retail income and sales objectives and consistently achieve sales goals 
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of products, company history, policies and procedures 
• Develop associates by providing timely, constructive performance feedback and recognizing their contributions
• Foster a culture of exceptional client service and maintain high presentation standards 
• Assist in meeting payroll goals by ensuring appropriate floor coverage and maintaining a selling focus scheduling staff appropriate 
• Encourage managerial and associate development through challenging assignments and opportunities
• Communicate feedback based on business needs and share trends and competitive insights with Flight Club leadership 
• Analyze financial data and operational efficiencies to identify trends and opportunities for continuous bus improvement 

We are looking for: 

• 5+ years of sales and/or retail management experience with strong business acumen 
• Passion and knowledge of sneakers and fashion 
• Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven organizational and time management skills with a detail-oriented approach 
• Team building and management proficiency 
• An analytical mindset and computer-proficient
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends
