The manager will act as a crucial link between leadership, sales, programs, and product to ensure alignment and effective execution of business objectives.
Must have:
  • 6+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
  • Strong command of foundational analytics tools like Excel
  • Own and maintain the integrity of the sales pipeline
  • Partner with cross-functional teams for smooth handoffs
  • Standardize sales processes for consistency and scalability
  • Develop and deliver dashboards, forecasts, and KPIs
  • Provide sales team with tools, templates, and training

Role Summary

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to drive the operational efficiency and effectiveness of our commercial organization. This role is critical in managing the sales pipeline, supporting strategic decision-making, and enabling the sales team with the tools, processes, and insights needed to win. You will serve as the connective tissue between leadership, sales, programs, and product to ensure alignment and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Management: Own and maintain the integrity of the sales pipeline (CRM hygiene, stage progression, forecasting accuracy).
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with business development leads, programs, production, and finance to ensure smooth handoffs and visibility.
  • Process Optimization: Standardize sales processes including qualification, pursuit, and capture to drive consistency and scalability.
  • Reporting & Insights: Develop and deliver dashboards, forecasts, and KPIs to sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Market sizing: Develop market map for business units leveraging multiple sources of insight to shape decision making and inform sales priorities.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide the sales team with tools, templates, collateral, and training to increase effectiveness.
  • Special Projects: Structure complex, ambiguous problems, collaborate cross-functionally to develop solutions, and drive execution from planning to implementation.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles OR compelling experience in consulting
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
  • MBA preferred
  • Strong command of foundational analytics tools (Excel) and ability to quickly master new software tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.

Physical Demands

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Occasional standing and walking within the office.
  • Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
  • Visual acuity to read screens, documents, and reports.
  • Occasional reaching, bending, or stooping to access file drawers, cabinets, or office supplies.
  • Lifting and carrying items up to 20 pounds occasionally (e.g., office supplies, packages).
