Job Description

We are looking for a professional and experienced Reward Specialist to join a dynamic and competent Group People & Culture function in Saxo. This role involves proactively engaging with leadership and business to build relationships and execute responsibilities. You will contribute to developing global compensation and benefits concepts, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving EU Pay Transparency Directive initiatives, and acting as a Rewards Partner for local offices. Key tasks include project management, data analysis, remuneration structure, job profiling, and managing annual salary and bonus reviews.
Must have:
  • Participate and drive the development and maintaining of global concepts, strategy, framework and processes associated with work across both compensation and benefits
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements on areas of responsibility, including EBA Guidelines on sound remuneration policy
  • Drive implementation of initiatives to prepare us for the EU Pay Transparency Directive
  • Act as a Rewards Partner to our local offices to ensure effective deployment of all reward policies and representation of local business needs
  • Engage in project management, data gathering, auditing, analytics and global process administration
  • Remuneration structure including market benchmarks and analysis
  • Job profiling and leveling – continuous improvement of role catalogue and ensuring link to overall Compensation and Benefits governance in Saxo
  • Management of annual salary and bonus review process, and administation of deferred bonuses
  • Advise, support and challenge if needed the business on all elements related to Compensation and Benefits

Job Details

We are looking for a professional and experienced Reward Specialist to join a dynamic and competent Group People & Culture function in Saxo.

Group People & Culture is based in Copenhagen, India and Singapore with responsibilities covering the entire Human Resources Value Chain. We are committed to supporting, facilitating, advising, and challenging the organisation on leadership, people and organisational matters and doing so in a compliant and respectful way.

Within this function you will join a team of five people reporting to our Global Head of Reward. As a team we cover areas within Compensation & Benefits, People Analytics and People Systems.

Furthermore, you will also work closely with our HR Business Partner and Recruitment teams on day-to-day tasks and project work.

You will have overall, group-wide responsibility for several Compensation & Benefits tasks and processes in close collaboration with our Global Head of Reward.

About the role

Your profile:

  • Preferrably 2-4 years experience within HR/Compensation & Benefits/Reward management
  • Ability to analyze complex topics and convey them understandably
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • A friendly, open and pragmatic approach, but also able to push back
  • Team player, thriving in a dynamic and changeable environment
  • Experience from the financial sector including the relevant regulatory frameworks is preferred, but not a requirement
