As a Client Service Associate, you will join a dynamic department of 65+ Investment Specialists, supporting Global Sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will receive structured training to develop investment expertise, enabling you to answer client questions on products like turbos, futures, and options, provide product-related advice, and share market insights. You will build strong client relationships, exceed expectations, and deepen your knowledge of the investment world, all while contributing to a purpose-driven organization that values your development.
Must Have:
  • Provide customer support for platform access and usage.
  • Answer queries on investment products and trading systems.
  • Offer information on Saxo Bank products.
  • Discuss investment opportunities and market events.
  • Complete DSI Securities Trader and DSI Integrity training.
  • Be fluent in Dutch (CEFR/IELTS level C1 and above).
  • Be organized, eager to learn, and capable of multitasking.
  • Possess a curious, problem-solving mindset.
  • Have completed secondary education.
  • Demonstrate genuine interest in financial markets and investing.

About the Job:

The economy is always in motion. Developments on a macroeconomic level have a major influence on how the stock market behaves. Will the interest rates rise or fall? How will this affect the stock market? And how does consumer confidence relate to the current stock market climate? As a Client Service Associate, you will be part of the dynamic department, consisting of 65+ Investment Specialists. The team supports our wider Global Sales efforts and is responsible for increasing customer satisfaction (NPS - Net Promoter Score).

You will receive structured training from our professional and experienced leads, developing your investment expertise and knowledge. As your knowledge develops you will be able to answer client questions about investment products like turbos, futures and options, giving product related advice and sharing insights about current market events. You will develop solid relationships, exceed client expectations, and grow your knowledge about the investment world.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer support related queries helping customers to access information and use the platform; Answering queries regarding investment products (options, turbos, futures etc.) and trading systems
  • Providing information about Saxo Bank products (Self-Investing and Asset Management) and proactively offering these product options
  • Dialogue with clients about investment opportunities and informing about current events in the market
  • Complete internal training and courses such as DSI Securities Trader and DSI Integrity

Your profile:

  • Fluency in Dutch so you can help our clients effectively (CEFR/IELTS level C1 and above)
  • You are organized, eager to learn and able to stay on top of several tasks at the same time;
  • You enjoy helping clients and have a curious and problem-solving mindset
  • Completed secondary education (e.g., MBO/junior college/ lycée high school/A-levels/Secondary level 2 etc)
  • Can demonstrate you have a genuine interest in learning about investing and financial markets
