Nasdaq CSD is seeking a Senior Specialist – Post-Trade Services to join their Sales and Services team in Tallinn. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for Estonian clients, including financial instrument issuers and banking institutions within the Nasdaq CSD network. The specialist will build strong client relationships, deliver exceptional advisory services, and contribute to business development initiatives, with diverse responsibilities and growth opportunities.

Must Have

  • Provide expert consultation and ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Manage securities registration and corporate actions in collaboration with the Operations team.
  • Handle inquiries from industry partners across local and international markets.
  • Drive improvements by contributing ideas to enhance Nasdaq CSD’s customer service processes.
  • Academic degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to understand client needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
  • High sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Fluency in Estonian and English.

Nasdaq CSD – Central Securities Depository in Baltics and Iceland (www.nasdaqcsd.com) is seeking a Senior Specialist – Post-Trade Services to join our Sales and Services team in Tallinn. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Estonian clients, including financial instrument issuers and banking institutions within the Nasdaq CSD network. You will build strong client relationships, deliver exceptional advisory services, and contribute to business development initiatives. This position offers diverse responsibilities and opportunities to grow as our business evolves.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert consultation and ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Manage securities registration and corporate actions (e.g., interest and dividend payments) in collaboration with the Operations team.
  • Handle inquiries from industry partners across local and international markets (e.g., bailiff requests, shareholder lists).
  • Drive improvements by contributing ideas to enhance Nasdaq CSD’s customer service processes.

Role Development:

  • Build strategic relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Participate in product and service development, implementation projects, and system testing.
  • Support post-trade industry initiatives at local and European levels and contribute to business development activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Academic degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to understand client needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
