As an Organic Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in Saxo Bank's dynamic social media team, driving engagement and strengthening brand awareness on organic channels in France. You will be responsible for organizing, developing, and implementing a coherent, results-driven social media strategy, creating content, managing platforms, and engaging the community, ensuring alignment with global PR, marketing, and paid media efforts.

Must Have

  • Define and implement a local social media strategy aligned with brand objectives.
  • Create, curate, and plan engaging content across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and YouTube.
  • Support local and global PR and Corporate Communication teams for message consistency.
  • Utilize organic social media to achieve ambitious KPIs (awareness, client acquisition, revenue, cost optimization).
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, produce reports, and propose improvements.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices for innovative initiatives.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in organic social media management, ideally in the financial sector.
  • Excellent command of social platforms, algorithms, and industry trends.
  • Proven experience in growing engagement and creating data-driven campaigns.
  • Ability to develop strategies and build a social presence from scratch.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in French and English.

  • Knowledge of social media management tools (Sprinklr would be a plus).

About the position

As an Organic Social Media Manager, you will play a key role within our dynamic social media team, driving engagement and strengthening brand awareness on our organic channels. In close collaboration with headquarters teams, you will participate in organizing, developing, and implementing a coherent and results-oriented strategy for French social media. You will contribute to content creation, platform management, and community engagement, while ensuring alignment with Saxo's global public relations, marketing, and paid media efforts.

You will report directly to the Head of Marketing France and collaborate closely with Saxo's Global Head of Communications as well as the specialized SoMe team based in Copenhagen.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and implement a local social media strategy, aligned with Saxo's brand and communication objectives.
  • Create, curate, and plan engaging content across all relevant platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, and emerging new channels.
  • Provide support to local and global Public Relations and Corporate Communication teams to ensure message consistency and synergy with marketing and paid media.
  • Leverage organic social media to achieve ambitious KPIs: awareness, new client acquisition, revenue generation, cost of acquisition optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, produce reports, and propose areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a permanent watch on social media trends, tools, and best practices to propose innovative initiatives aimed at strengthening Saxo's organic presence.

Your profile

To succeed in this position, you ideally have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in organic social media management and development, ideally in the financial sector.
  • Excellent command of social platforms, algorithms, and industry trends.
  • Proven experience in growing engagement and creating creative, data-driven campaigns.
  • Ability to develop strategies and build a social presence "from scratch."
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, in French and English (English being Saxo's internal language).
  • A collaborative spirit and motivation to work with multidisciplinary and international teams.
  • Knowledge of social media management tools (Sprinklr would be a plus).
  • A passion for storytelling, quality content creation, and visual excellence.
