Job Description

As a Customer Advisor (Rituals Advisor), you will be part of our mission, helping customers discover the magic of our products and creating a unique atmosphere for them in their daily hustle. Every customer is special to us, and your skills will make them feel cared for and inspired.

What will be your tasks?

• Creating unforgettable customer experiences using our “water island”, offering them personalized advice and helping them choose ideal products.
• Active sales and supporting the team in achieving sales results.
• Maintaining the aesthetics and order in the salon, in accordance with our standards.
• Adhering to workplace safety rules.
• Close cooperation with the Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve set goals.

Qualifications

• Do you have experience in retail sales or gastronomy? Wonderful! We believe that your customer contact skills are what we need.
• You have well-developed teamwork and customer interaction skills, you can understand their needs, and you are focused on customer service quality – just like us!
• You are a detail-oriented, well-organized, and tidy person.
• You want to take up full-time/part-time work, including most weekends, taking into account the operating hours of the shopping mall.
