Should have hands on experience on UiPath is a must and familiar with other RPA and AI tools is preferable Should enable the RPA delivery team to deliver quality UiPath robots with design solution offerings which are more robust to the business needs Should be able to Interpret and translate customer/client requirements into a technology solution Responsible to drive RPA delivery team to agree and follow the industry best practices, best coding & naming standards, timely code reviews and workflow auditing to ensure the delivery team follows it properly Should be able to collaborate with Business Analyst on feasibility study and ensure the automation possibilities. Should be responsible to work with stakeholders to identify the root-cause & figure out solution / approaches for implementation Should be able to identify and come up with the generic workflows which can be used by the delivery team Should be responsible to explore and understand the UiPath new features, RPA design concepts and organize technical session to the delivery team for better results Should be able to mentor, provide trainings and guide juniors in the team

1. Should have hands on experience on UiPath is a must and familiar with other RPA and AI tools is preferable
2. Should enable the RPA delivery team to deliver quality UiPath robots with design solution offerings which are more robust to the business needs
3. Should be able to Interpret and translate customer/client requirements into a technology solution
4. Responsible to drive AI ML tech design and develop the model with industry best practices, best coding & naming standards, timely code reviews
5. Should be able to understand the latest LLM model for the given Business problems on feasibility to implement the Agentic AI using any approved tools for the automation possibilities.
6. Should be responsible to work with stakeholders to identify the root-cause & figure out solution / approaches for implementation
7. Should be able to identify and come up with the generic workflows which can be used by the delivery team
8. Should be responsible to explore and understand the UiPath new features, RPA design concepts and organize technical session to the delivery team for better results
9. Should be able to mentor, provide trainings and guide juniors in the team
Education & Experience Requirements:
• B Tech/BE/MCA in computer science, or engineering related field, or equivalent experience.
• Good knowledge of SDLC life cycle in IT projects

• RPA Certifications on the tools like UiPath, AI/ML skills are mandatory
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for RPA development in UiPath with AI/ML features
• Experience of iterative development model with knowledge of Agile and Jira Boards / Kanban Boards

Education & Experience Requirements:

• B Tech/BE/MCA in computer science, or engineering related field, or equivalent experience.
• Good knowledge of SDLC life cycle in IT projects
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for RPA development around UiPath
• Experience of iterative development model with knowledge of Agile and Jira Boards / Kanban Boards
• RPA Certifications on the tools like UiPath, WorkFusion & Abby Flexi Capture is preferable
