As part of Guardian’s strategy to Wow the Customer, Reimagine Mutuality, and Unleash what’s possible; we are building a Data Management Center of Excellence. This team will focus on building an enterprise program to improve the quality, accessibility, and protection of the data supporting Guardian’s critical business and analytics processes.
The Customer Data Analyst is a critical role responsible for helping business and corporate functions ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data supporting their business processes. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing data quality standards, policies, and procedures, as well as conducting data quality audits and assessments. You will work closely with business stakeholders to identify data quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, quality assurance, and process improvement in the insurance industry. The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
