Data & AI Enabler Stream leader (S/4HANA Transformation)
Job Description
- Define governance, deliverables, and roadmap for the Data & AI stream.
- Ensure alignment of Work Packages with strategic program needs (data governance and quality, MDM, data valorization, AI platforms, security, architecture).
- Define and monitor KPIs for project health (achievements, risks, roadmap, QCD).
- Lead and coordinate expert teams, architects, and technical resources (prioritization, backlog management, obstacle removal).
- Oversee organization, documentation, and standardization of practices.
- Manage dependencies with other streams, mapping and integrating these points into the roadmap.
- Implement adapted governance to streamline inter-team interactions.
- Gather team feedback, identify areas for improvement, and propose continuous improvement actions.
- Collaborate daily with business, IT, compliance stakeholders, and external partners.
- Solid experience in Data & AI project management, with direct involvement in stream leadership during major migrations like S/4HANA.
- Proficiency in project governance, deliverable tracking, and interfacing with various business and technical teams.
- Mastery of Master Data Management.
- Knowledge of platform architectures and security.
- Experience with agile management tools (JIRA, Gitlab).

As part of the S/4HANA migration program, leading the Data & AI stream plays a key role in ensuring the success of data, artificial intelligence, and information valorization aspects. This role involves strategic framing, coordinating expert teams, and monitoring dependencies with other program streams. The objective is to guarantee data quality, security, and valorization throughout the project, relying on solid governance and a continuous improvement approach.
You will be responsible for:

Your profile
Coming from an engineering background, you have solid experience in Data & AI project management, with direct involvement in stream leadership during major migrations such as S/4HANA.
You master project governance, deliverable tracking, and interfacing with different business and technical teams.
