The ideal candidate has financial services and insurance marketing experience, strong communication, and is comfortable with Sales Enablement platforms and presentations.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-oriented marketing professional to support the Field Enablement Marketing function for our Financial Protection business. This individual will help develop and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand presence, empower distribution partners, and drive growth through effective field marketing and enablement activities. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will collaborate with Product, Distribution, and Enterprise Marketing teams and support a team of enablement marketers.

The ideal candidate brings financial services experience, a solid background in insurance marketing, and strong communication skills. They are comfortable using Sales Enablement platforms and presenting to groups, balancing tactical execution with operational excellence in a regulated, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Field Enablement Support: Assist in the development and execution of field and sales enablement marketing initiatives, including advisor training programs, marketing collateral, digital tools, and event support.
  • Content & Messaging: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of advisor-facing materials, ensuring alignment with brand standards, regulatory requirements, and distribution needs.
  • Distribution Partnership: Work closely with agency leaders, wholesalers, and sales consultants to deliver impactful presentations, seminars, and digital tools that drive advisor engagement.
  • Sales Enablement Platforms: Utilize and help optimize Sales Enablement platforms to deliver content and training to field teams.
  • Public Speaking: Present marketing initiatives and training sessions to advisors and internal teams, demonstrating confidence and clarity in group settings.
  • Budget & Vendor Coordination: Support budget tracking and vendor management for field enablement initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and Distribution teams to ensure alignment and compliance across projects.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Assist with the marketing compliance process for field- and advisor-facing content, staying informed of regulatory changes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 7+ years of marketing experience in financial services or insurance, with exposure to advisor enablement, field marketing, or sales support.
  • Sales Enablement Platforms: Experience using Sales Enablement platforms to deliver content and training.
  • Public Speaking: Demonstrated ability to present confidently to groups, both in-person and virtually.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives under tight timelines.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to work effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Understanding of marketing governance in regulated industries; experience supporting compliance processes preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Salary Range:

$80,940.00 - $132,975.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
