Razer is seeking a Global Head of Marketing for Razer Gold to drive revenue, user acquisition, and brand recognition globally. This leader will strategically invest marketing budgets for strong ROI, execute co-marketing campaigns with game partners, and expand digital marketing capabilities. The role involves collaborating with other Razer business units to leverage the ecosystem, raising awareness in gaming and payment industries, and supporting business development. The ideal candidate will manage a high-performing team and enhance the Razer Silver loyalty program.

Must Have

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for Razer Gold.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing.
  • 10-12 years of marketing experience in gaming, payments, or high-growth digital space.
  • Solid understanding of the digital landscape (SEM, social media, mobile marketing, traffic generation, digital ecosystems).
  • Proven experience in full-stack marketing.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate conceptually and tactically.
  • Self-starter with ability to thrive in a fast-paced matrix environment.
  • Strong strategic mindset for planning and delivering marketing campaigns.

Job Responsibilities :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced marketing leader to drive revenue growth, user acquisition and brand recognition for Razer Gold on a global scale. This role involves strategic investment of the marketing budget to deliver strong ROI, executing successful co-marketing campaigns with game partners, and expanding our digital marketing capabilities. The ideal candidate will be a strong advocate for Razer Gold, both internally and externally and will be collaboratively with other Razer business units to leverage Razer's unique ecosystem and create new opportunities for Razer Gold.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for Razer Gold to drive revenue, user acquisition and brand awareness globally.
  • Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to ensure efficiency, synergy and high performance.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, monitor P&L impact, deliver against target KPIs.
  • Execute successful marketing campaigns across various channels, including online ads, social media, affiliate programs, email marketing, influencers/ streamer collaborations, and offline initiatives.
  • Foster relationships with other Razer business units to create new opportunities for Razer Gold and enhance the Razer ecosystem.
  • Raise awareness of Razer Gold in the gaming, entertainment and payment industries through compelling press releases and other PR initiatives.
  • Support Razer Gold Business Development, Distribution and Channel teams with market benchmarks, marketing collaterals, tradeshow participations.
  • Support and roll out the marketing road map for all Razer Gold products/ services.
  • Engage with key partners such as game publishers, to execute best-in class co-marketing campaigns.
  • Provide timely marketing feedback and communication to Razer's senior management.
  • Enhance the Razer Silver loyalty program to strengthen Razer Gold value proposition and competitive edge.
  • Uphold the highest standards for Razer Gold brand representation on marketing assets and publications.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Pre-Requisites :

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Marketing.
  • 10-12 years of marketing experience in gaming, payments business or a high growth digital space
  • Solid understanding of the digital landscape, including SEM, social media, mobile marketing, traffic generation and digital ecosystems.
  • Proven experience in full-stack marketing.
  • Prior experience in digital agencies is a plus.
  • Experience in both B2C and B2B marketing is an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership skills with track record of building and managing a high performing teams.
