Must Have

- Native or near-native level English proficiency in a business context, with strong content creation and editing skills.
- Ability to understand technical content and translate it into effective business messages; strong communication skills for bridging technical and sales/marketing teams.
- Ability to perform tasks with urgency in a rapidly changing market environment.
- Logical thinking combined with flexible responsiveness; able to collaborate smoothly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Global perspective with active engagement in cross-cultural communication.

Role Overview
The Global Product Marketing Manager (PMM) is responsible for developing and executing messaging strategies and coordinating with regional teams to ensure global market success.
Please note that this position requires a full English interview. Candidates should be prepared to present a self-introduction slide deck during the interview.
Main Responsibilities
1. Define Global Product Positioning and Core Messaging:
- Collaboration with Product Management: Work closely with the Product Management team to quickly obtain the latest product information and technical details.
- Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and messaging strategies.
- Defining Product Positioning and Core Messages: Ensure consistency across markets by defining and refining the product positioning and core messages in native-level English, working closely with PMMs from other regions.
2. Regional Coordination and Market Launch Support:
- Marketing Assets Creation: Transform collected information into high-quality English communication assets, such as product images, product decks, one-pagers, FAQs, messaging guides, sales kits, videos, and campaign assets for use by overseas sales and marketing teams, ensuring consistency in creation and organization.
- Overseas Team Liaison: Lead daily communications with overseas regional sales and marketing teams and respond to inquiries about content and messaging.
- Feedback Transmission: Organize and accurately relay feedback from overseas sales and marketing teams regarding product and message reception, competitive landscape, and product requests to the development team in Taiwan and other PMMs.
- GTM Execution Support: Provide and support the use of necessary English communication assets for each region's Go-To-Market (GTM) plans and new product launches.
- Training and Enablement Support: Support sales and regional teams with training and enablement, ensuring they are well-equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to succeed.
