Job Summary
This Performance Marketing Intern role involves assisting in planning, executing, and tracking paid user acquisition campaigns. Responsibilities include monitoring campaign performance metrics, preparing weekly and monthly reports, and analyzing data for optimization opportunities. The intern will also research competitor ads, coordinate with design and product teams for ad creatives, and perform A/B testing to ensure user acquisition goals are met. Candidates should be fresh graduates or have up to one year of experience, possessing strong analytical and numerical skills, and proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Must Have
- Assist in planning, executing, and tracking paid user acquisition campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (CPI, CTR, ROAS, Retention, etc.)
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for internal teams
- Analyze data to identify performance trends and optimization opportunities
- Research competitor ads, markets, audiences, and industry benchmarks
- Coordinate with design and product teams for ad creatives and targeting
- Perform A/B testing on creatives and campaign settings
- Ensure user acquisition goals are achieved through continuous optimization
- BBA in Marketing preferred (or related discipline)
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Very good command over MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong observational and reporting ability
Good to Have
- Interest in gaming, mobile apps, and digital advertising
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Unity, AppLovin
