About the Role

Oh BiBi is looking for a User Acquisition Manager to support the growth of its current and upcoming games.

We are looking for a marketer who is both data-driven and creative-minded: you enjoy analyzing performance, running structured UA tests, and collaborating with creative teams to build advertising that converts.

About the Team

You will be part of a cross-functional Marketing team including Community Management, Data, and Marketing Artists. On the UA scope, you will work in a close day-to-day pair setup with our Growth Manager to drive performance and scale acquisition.

You enjoy working in a dynamic and agile environment and communicating your ideas and needs to other team members.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own the campaign optimization and scaling aspect: continuously improve performance through bidding and budget adjustments, structure and targeting refinements, and scaling winning setups across campaigns, audiences, and networks.
  • Optimize targeting, creatives, marketing messages, marketing spend, bids and budget allocation (ROI driven).
  • Analyze performance data regularly to identify insights, opportunities, and next tests.
  • Contribute to the high level UA strategy: testing roadmap, channel mix suggestions and growth opportunities.
  • Define and manage Oh BiBi’s user acquisition campaigns on mobile ad networks.
  • Work closely with Product and Data to optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
  • Work closely with the creative team to manage UA creatives:
  • Produce and iterate creative briefs (angles, hooks, messages, formats, references).
  • Collaborate with our internal Marketing Artists to deliver and improve creatives based on results.
  • Find new ways to efficiently market Oh BiBi’s games and grow their reach.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in online or mobile marketing, specifically in User Acquisition.
  • Analytical Mindset: Good mix of analytical and creative thinking with a strong data-driven approach to problem solving. Comfortable managing marketing spend based on rigorous performance metrics.
  • Creativity: Strong creative sensitivity for UA and ability to write clear creative briefs.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the Free-to-Play (F2P) model, mobile gaming KPIs, and the mobile ad tech ecosystem.
  • UA Platforms : Proven expertise with major UA platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok ads, Unity, Applovin, etc.).
  • Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of tracking systems (MMPs like AppsFlyer/Adjust) and attribution modeling.
  • Softskills: Ability to deliver performance in a demanding environment, execute projects across various networks, and communicate effectively internally and externally with our partners.
