Ruby Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate Ruby Engineer to join our team!

You will be working on our backend infrastructure — high load system for processing large amounts of data on the server and admin panel that powers the majority of our games.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain reliable and high performing code
• Develop tools and frameworks to improve our process
• Maintain test coverage and documentation of new code

Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Strong professional experience in server side development
• 4+ years of experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails
• Good experience with databases (MySQL/Postgresql)
• Experience building and deploying productions APIs
• Previous experience with Docker
• Basic knowledge of working in Linux environment
• Knowledge of Redis/memcached
• Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
