Job Description

As a Sales Advisor, you will ensure customers have a pleasant experience by advising them on Rituals products and philosophy through unique sales ceremonies. You will monitor sales indicators to meet targets, maintain store cleanliness and stock, and ensure strict adherence to cash register procedures. We seek passionate, energetic, ambitious, and results-oriented individuals with strong communication and sales skills, eager to learn, organized, proactive, and flexible, ideally with retail experience.
Must have:
  • Advise customers on products and Rituals philosophy via sales ceremony.
  • Monitor commercial indicators to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure store cleanliness, tidiness, and product restocking.
  • Guarantee strict application of cash register procedures.
Good to have:
  • Experience in the retail sector

As a Sales Advisor, you play a key role with our customers by ensuring they have a pleasant and relaxing time in the store.

Within a dynamic team of Sales Advisors and supported by your Manager, your daily missions consist of:

  • Advising our customers on our products and the Rituals philosophy through our sales ceremony (water island, tea ceremony, etc.)
  • Monitoring and working on commercial indicators to ensure the achievement of your store's sales target
  • Ensuring that the store is always clean, tidy, and that products are restocked to welcome our customers in the best conditions
  • Ensuring that cash register procedures are scrupulously applied
