Drive, Nine’s automotive enthusiast brand, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to provide essential sales support for national accounts. This role involves assessing inventory, creating insertion orders, managing campaign implementation, acting as a liaison between sales, ad operations, and clients, handling campaign assets, and providing regular forecasting and reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with a passion for digital media and sales, ready to join a fast-paced team.
Must have:
  • Assess inventory and create insertion orders (IOs) during the pre-sales phase
  • Manage, delegate, and oversee campaign implementation across various teams
  • Act as the key liaison between the sales team, ad operations, and clients
  • Manage campaign assets and promptly address client change requests
  • Provide regular forecasting, reporting, and analysis throughout the campaign lifecycle
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a good understanding of PowerPoint and Excel
  • A solid grasp of digital media and the client/media agency relationship
  • The ability to manage multiple projects with a high level of quality and attention to detail
  • A proactive approach to planning and organising tasks to meet deadlines
Good to have:
  • Experience with ad technologies and platforms like Google Ad Manager and Salesforce

Drive is looking for the newest Sales Coordinator to provide crucial sales support for our national accounts. If you're a detail-oriented professional with a passion for digital media and sales, join our fast-paced, high-energy team and help us deliver campaigns that exceed client expectations.

Day to day you will:

  • Assess inventory and create insertion orders (IOs) during the pre-sales phase.

Qualifications
