Russell Investments is seeking a Sales Enablement Lead to empower global Go-To-Market (GTM) teams by building, organizing, and optimizing their systems and resources. This role involves defining enablement priorities, driving technology adoption (CRM, Salesforce, Seismic), building comprehensive training programs, overseeing content management, evolving sales campaign infrastructure, and partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Product teams to improve client outcomes.

Salary Range:

$100,000 USD - $145,000 USD

Specific compensation will be based on candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, commercial considerations, and other job-related factors permitted by law. At Russell Investments, salary is just one part of our compensation package. Job Description:

Russell Investments is seeking a Sales Enablement Lead to empower our global Go-To-Market (GTM) teams by building, organizing, and optimizing the systems and resources they rely on every day. This role reports to the GTM COO and partners closely with GTM leadership to ensure client-facing teams are equipped with world-class tools, training, and content—while driving technology enablement.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect sales enablement strategy - Define enablement priorities with GTM leadership to improve sales process quality and efficiency. Drive technology adoption and data-driven campaigns to equip teams with the right resources and training.
  • Lead technology enablement - Be a key driver of global CRM adoption (Salesforce) and sales technology enablement (Seismic, Marketo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
  • Build comprehensive CRM training and adoption programs\- Lead and support the rollout and ongoing adoption of CRM system (Salesforce) across the global GTM organization. Provide change management support including user training, process documentation, and adoption tracking.
  • Maintain a strong foundation of training and resources – Develop and manage comprehensive onboarding and continuous development programs for GTM teams to ensure sustained success.
  • Oversee centralized content management – Ensure resources are organized, accessible, and aligned to sales needs. Partner with the COO, Product, and Marketing teams to build and maintain enablement assets (e.g., playbooks, pitch decks, demos, case studies). Manage communication channels (Teams, SharePoint, email updates) to ensure client-facing teams receive timely, relevant, and actionable updates.
  • Evolve sales campaign infrastructure – Collaborate with Institutional and Advisor sales teams to develop lead initiatives and evolve sales campaign process. Work with Sales, Marketing, and Gen-AI/data teams to identify and deliver data-driven insights to the sales team in an effective and measurable way.
  • Partner cross-functionally– Act as a key conduit between Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Product teams to align initiatives and drive improved sale/ client outcomes. Build strong relationships and understand the needs of associates. Act as a key conduit between sales, marketing, technology, product and other teams across Russell’s business.

Skills:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in sales enablement, sales, or a related field and understanding of sales processes and methodologies
  • Fluency with Asset management (Wealth and Institutional)
  • Experience in creating, managing and delivering training programs.
  • Strong proficiency in Sales Technology ( Salesforce, Seismic, Linkedin Sales Navigator), SharePoint customization and scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Outlook).
  • Ability to design and analyze data and make data-driven recommendations or decisions.
  • Time management and organizational skills; managing multiple responsibilities and shifting priorities while managing timelines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills and strong stakeholder engagement and partnership across multiple teams and business units.
  • Experience in engaging and working with senior leadership, developing and communicating strategic plans and managing execution.
  • 2+ years of experience managing a team
