Job Description:
As a Sales Executive, you will be focused on new business sales generation, a classic hunter role, for our enterprise financial SaaS products as well as capital markets services. This role is focused on finding and growing new business relationships with Toppan Merrill clients through solution and insight selling techniques. The role is responsible to prospect, reach out to known clients, and develop leads from our Marketing and Inside Sales teams. This role includes managing an assigned sales territory to maximize sales opportunities. The seller will lead key senior level negotiations and client meetings with the support of our Solution Sales and Product Management teams.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and develop client decision makers and influencers within target market of Executive level Legal and Financial leaders.
- Create and manage a strategic account and territory plan for area of responsibility, outlining specific areas of focus, tasks and activities
- Proactively identify new business leads via client networking opportunities
- Present a value based selling approach with Toppan Merrill clients and be able to offer solution advice based around multiple use cases.
- Demonstrate a consultative selling style and work in partnership with Toppan Merrill clients to provide a solution suited to solve for their business challenges
- Conduct professional client presentations across multiple products and capabilities, specifically tailored to the audience
- Identify, negotiate and close cross selling opportunities with sales experts in other teams
- Actively participate in marketing event planning with a view to maximize opportunities within your specific territory, and defining which marketing support you need
- Provide clear market feedback to the senior team at Toppan Merrill to ensure we remain in touch with market sentiment

- Possess strong business awareness and negotiation skills
- To be able to talk cohesively to the eco system and workflow of our clients’ businesses and use that knowledge to identify opportunities for collaboration
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years sales experience preferably in a solution selling SaaS environment
- Experience selling to Executive level Financial and Legal buyers preferred
