About the Opportunity:

Toppan Merrill has an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Specialist to join our growing team as a Remote team member. You will convert documents from various formats to EDGAR-compliant format (HTML), as well as edits documents per client markups or tracked-change Word documents.

Shift: 9:30am – 6:00pm ET Monday – Friday

Job Responsibilities:

• Converting and editing Word, Excel, PPT and PDF documents to EDGAR compliant format (SEC acceptable HTML format) for filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
• Process edits to documents accurately and in a timely manner, minimizing errors.
• Contact clients concerning possible errors in filing, such as incorrect dates, missing signatures, missing exhibits, insufficient funds in SEC account, etc.
• Work closely with Manager to determine priorities and workflow.
• Client relationship management to effectively communicate SEC compliance requirements and filing deadlines.
• Possess exceptional communication skills with the ability to state messages in a clear, understandable manner for customers.
• Proactively reach out to customers and effectively address any needs that arise.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree Preferred but not required
• Microsoft Office programs
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PPT
• Experience with GoFiler software preferred
• Familiarity with Adobe products (Acrobat, Photoshop)
• Strong keyboard/typing skills required
• SEC compliance (form-type) and XBRL knowledge a plus
