Job Description

The Sales Specialist at LSEG Risk Intelligence is responsible for expanding the business by identifying new clients and fostering opportunities within existing accounts. This role involves positioning solutions for anti-money laundering, financial crime, sanctions, anti-social forces, and supply chain management through a consultative sales process. The specialist will primarily focus on making proposals to corporate clients within the financial services, corporate, and government sectors in Japan, contributing to the company's mission of navigating risks and ensuring compliance globally.
Must have:
  • Grow LSEG Risk business by prospecting new clients.
  • Develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Position solutions for anti-money laundering, financial crime, sanction, anti-social forces, and supply chain management.
  • Make proposals to corporate, financial services, and government bodies in Japan.
  • Proactively identify and close sales opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for the territory.
  • Provide insights and thought leadership to senior customers.
  • Deliver excellent customer presentations and demonstrations.
  • Act as a subject matter authority in sales.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales Specialists and Account Managers.
  • Possess a deep understanding of risk and compliance in Japan.
  • Build strong rapport and engage with new business contacts.
  • Bring broad perspectives, anticipate customer needs, assess requirements, and find opportunities to collaborate optimally.
  • Communicate fluently in native-level Japanese and business-level English.

From screening solutions through World-Check, to detailed background checks on any entity or individual through due diligence reports, and innovative identity verification, account verification services – we can help customer to handle risk successfully, operate more efficiently, more effectively and more authoritatively.

The Sales Specialist is responsible for growing the LSEG Risk business through prospecting for new clients and developing new business opportunities within existing customer accounts.

The successful candidate must be able to effectively position solutions for anti-money laundering, financial crime, sanction, anti-social forces and supply chain management through a consultative sales process within the financial services industry, corporate, government body in Japan.

In this position, you will be primarily responsible for making proposals to corporate.
