This position will be onsite at our Vegas, NV office.

You will

  • Answer and manage inbound and outbound calls, providing general information about our services and connecting clients with the appropriate team for business consultations.
  • Deliver professional, customer-focused communication via phone and email, ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Update and maintain customer records to facilitate seamless interactions and efficient service.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment, handling inquiries with confidence and clarity.

You have

  • Strong verbal communication and phone skills, with confidence and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to handle high call volume in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while staying organized.
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable using basic computer applications like Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Bilingual communication is a plus!
  • No prior industry experience needed —training provided!
  • High School Diploma or GED

Actual compensation will depend on several factors but the annual average compensation is around $40,000.
