The Business Systems team uses enterprise tools to address operational challenges, maintaining Salesforce and Zendesk instances, and managing critical applications like Lead Scoring, PRM, CPQ, and Contract Management. They are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement advanced Salesforce solutions, collaborating with business analysts to understand requirements and ensure system integration.

The Business Systems team utilizes a variety of enterprise tools and solutions to solve many of Plaid's most important operational issues. In addition to maintaining Plaid’s Salesforce and Zendesk instances, this team is also responsible for many of Plaid’s most business-critical applications and tooling, such as Lead Scoring, PRM, CPQ, Contract Management, and Support Systems. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Salesforce team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing sophisticated solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate closely with the business analyst team to understand requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure the seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems.
