The Sanitation Manager will be an integral part of this effort, working hands-on with hourly teams on the ground to ensure compliance, accountability, and excellence every day.
We seek a proactive and detail-oriented professional to lead sanitation operations at our New York facility. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for managing a large hourly workforce (80+ direct reports) across multiple shifts. The Sanitation Manager will ensure food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. The Sanitation Manager will manage the daily tasks performance of our dish and cleaning teams. This role requires flexibility to be present on-site during weekdays, weekends, and occasionally night/overnight shifts, depending on operational needs.
